In this world we live in, there are so many ways to disconnect from your body. Scrolling through Facebook, eating things that don’t fuel your body, or drinking alcohol, just to name a few. But connecting to your body is a way to process the emotions you are feeling. It’s a choice that you can make any time you feel a negative emotion. In this episode, I’d like to share with you an exercise to reconnect with your body. It is short and sweet, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t powerful.
