With this being my 200th episode, I wanted to give you a little gift. So, today I’m going to share with you 3 steps to thinking something new. Normally, I would only teach these steps to my clients, but since I want to help all of you, I want to ask you, do you have a thought running through your head that causes you to feel a negative emotion? Is it time to change it? That’s what these 3 steps can do for you. Even if that thought is really believable.

Inspiration Station: If you have a goal, or a desire, or something you want to do, it just takes tiny steps to accomplish it.

Not keeping score doesn’t require you to keep quiet and silently seeth while doing everything on your own. It does help you let go of anger and resentment and focus on solutions instead of scoreboards. It means you make room for working together instead of feeling isolated and alone.
