Episode 205: Feeling Defensive

Maybe your husband questioned something you did, or your mother-in-law made a comment about how lucky you are to be married to him, or your child told you that you loved their sibling more than you love them. Whatever it was, I want you to think about that and how it made you feel. In this episode, I talk about the 4 steps to take the next time you feel defensive. It’s human to feel that way, but I’ve found these steps help me get through it instead of feeling crummy about it.
