I want you to think about a conversation that at least part of you wants to have, but maybe there’s this other part of you that’s either scared or nervous about it and you’ve been avoiding it.

Sometimes I have conversations after I’ve gone through these steps and sometimes I don’t and I can tell you that when I take a moment to pause and clear out the clutter in my brain, I am never sorry I did it.
