Episode 226: Motivation vs Determination
With my clients, I’ll often hear them say, “I’m just not motivated to…{fill in the blank}.”
“I’m just not motivated to exercise. I’m just not motivated to write that book that I’ve always wanted to write. I’m just not motivated after a long day of work myself to go grocery shopping, and so I end up just ordering a pizza or calling Uber Eats and eating things that don’t align with my health goals.”
